Khloe Kardashian found herself gaining way too much excess weight these past few months as rumors have been swirling that she and her husband, Lamar Odom, are heading toward a divorce compounded by Lamar’s dwindling NBA status. For Khloe, eating was her way of dealing with all of that stress (especially since the reality star was partially blamed by the media for Lamar’s career struggles), but, rather than having her stress relieved, all she ended up with was a bunch of excess weight to add on to her drama. According to the Christian Post, Life and Style Weekly Magazine reported that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom enjoyed working out together on an intense schedule to help Khloe drop the weight. In just 20 days, Kardashian dropped an entire dress size! Of course, Khloe can’t credit the workouts alone as the key to her weight loss. It was actually the tried and true combination of exercise and healthy eating that did the trick.
Of course, having your own personal trainer and personal chef only helped Khloe to stay on track with her weight loss plan. Face itÂ—if more people had the financial means to hire both a personal trainer and a personal chef, chances are that more people would follow through on their weight loss plans. It’s like having your own personal cheerleaders (outside of your family and friends), one of which actually cooks for you. Khloe Kardashian does deserve a lot of credit, as losing weight and sticking with a plan are never the easiest of tasks.
