Kourtney Kardashian and her longtime boyfriend, Scott Disick, may have just had the ultimate food fight of sorts in Miami, Florida, where the sunny weather apparently did nothing to brighten their moods. Good thing their toddler son, Mason, and new baby girl, Penelope Scotland, weren’t there or things could really have gotten messy, with chicken fingers and milk bottles flying.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star, who is working on the spinoff Kourtney & Kim Take Miami with sister Kim Kardashian, was photographed having lunch with Disick on Thursday, Oct. 4, but neither appeared interested in the menu. Rather, animosity seemed to be the special of the day, as furrowed eyebrows, wild hand-gesturing, contorted facial expressions and scowls penetrated through the scene. No sushi rolls were thrown or chopsticks brandished, but good thing Rob Kardashian was there to act as referee, although it’s not clear how or if he called the shots!
While the situation between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick certainly looked heated, it’s also quite possible they weren’t mad at each other at all. Theirs has no doubt been a roller-coaster relationship with bad-boy Disick often in the doghouse under Kardashian’s watch, but some reports have recently claimed they’re getting along swimmingly in Miami. They’ve even been spotted with Mason and Penelope having some real fun in the sun.
Perhaps this lunchtime drama was born from another source, rather than a disagreement between the couple. As Daily Mail points out, they were later seen laughing together, so they either kissed and made up stat–or they were never mad at each other in the first place. Or still maybe, it was all for show. While the Kardashian family has strongly denied the scripting of their reality TV empire, it’s hard to believe that some of the scenarios aren’t set up.
The big giveaway during this noontime spat? One of the photos shows a camera poked right in Disick’s face–and the cameraman seems to be getting a humorous kick out of whatever is going down between his two subjects.
