Kris Humphries Claims He’s “Not to Blame” for Stretching Out Divorce Proceedings with Kim Kardashian

Well, the Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian divorce proceedings were pushed back, yet again. The new expected trial date? Sometime in early 2013. The couple would have celebrated their one year anniversary this week, and if you’ve been thinking that it’s taking forever for this ex-couple to get their divorce show on the road you’re not alone!

While the Kardashian camp has been putting the blame on Kris for prolonging this whole process, Humphries wants to point the finger right back at them. He claims that things aren’t slowing down because he is subpoenaing everyone and anyone in Kim’s life, but because Kim and momager Kris Jenner keep pushing out their own deposition dates back due to “hectic schedules”.

Let’s look at this logically: Kris Humphries was married to Kim Kardashian for a total of 72 days. Through their marriage, he got the kind of publicity that most basketball players only dream of – and he was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his role on the Keeping up with the Kardashians show! It’s getting harder and harder to believe he’s pursuing and publicizing every aspect of their divorce show down because he wants to out some kind of “truth” and more like he’s doing all of this to keep himself in the limelight. Whether or not you’re a Kardashian fan, this whole circus is getting a little old.

Once his and Kim’s lawyers can agree on a schedule to finish the remaining depositions, the divorce of the year (or maybe the divorce of next year) will be free to proceed. And then everyone can move on from Kim Kardashian’s 72-day marriage. (Radar Online)
