Kristen Stewart is finally getting back to work after her break-up with Robert Pattinson, being featured in a new ad for Spanish fashion house, Balenciaga. K-Stew who seemingly had fallen off the face of the earth after news of her embarrassing tryst with Snow White & the Huntsman director, Rupert Holmes, appears to be getting back to work. Slowly but surely.
A Nicolas GhesquiÃ¨re designed print advertisement shows the heartbreaking hussy looking ghoulish in a muted blue light in support of Balenciaga’s latest fragrance, Florabotanica. Appearing in the latest issue of Spanish Elle magazine, the ad comes as the fragrance is set for release in select stores in September. No word yet on if the fragrance actually attracts married men and/or vampires.
Thrilled over having been chosen to be the face of Florabotanica, 22-year-old Kristen previously gushed, “I love Balenciaga fashion because it is incredibly bold and forceful, yet feminine and sexy.”
“I found there was a real creative freedom in this project. I feel blessed and really proud to be the face of this new fragrance,” Stewart added.
While the media backlash regarding her affair with Holmes and betrayal of boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, has been well apparent, it was inevitable that the reclusive Stewart would have to rear her cheating head sometime. A girl’s gotta work, after all.
Perhaps one would consider Balenciaga bold to use Kristen Stewart as the face of its perfume line given that even some of her former fiercest fans are now giving her the cold shoulder after her break-up with Robert.
