While Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J were busy throwing down in therapy, Rasheeda and K. Michelle were tossing subliminal jabs at each other online as the drama of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta continued from the TV screen to Twitter.
Joseline’s mean right hook won’t help put those transgender rumors to rest. When she found out that Stevie J was still living with Mimi Faust, she quickly let her hands do the rest of the talking. After being separated by security, Stevie finally hit the road and walked away from the drama inside. Smart man. The rest of the show played out as usual. Lil’ Scrappy continued to move away from Erica Dixon with his “friend” Shay Johnson, while Rasheeda and her husband/manager Kirk Frost continued to fight about their dual and complex partnership.
While the main drama of episode 8 revolved around the Stevie J love triangle, previews of next week’s episode showed that K. Michelle and Rasheeda’s friendship might be coming to a complete halt. After the clip aired, K. Michelle and Rasheeda quickly engaged in a subliminal Twitter war. K. Michelle drew attention from the première episode of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta after confessing that her record deal was ruined by the same executive that helped sign her. Not only did she blame the executive for ruining her relationship with Jive Records, but K. Michelle also accused him of physically abusing her. The executive in question is Memphitz, who is married to Toya Wright, ex-wife of rapper Lil’ Wayne and close friend of Rasheeda. You gotta love Executive Producer Mona Scott-Young. She knows how to put a cast together.
In the clips of episode 9, Rasheeda questioned the legitimacy of K. Michelle’s allegations. Not long after the clip aired, K. Michelle took to Twitter to air out her feelings. After referring to K. Michelle as Jack Daniels, her drink of choice, Rasheeda quickly fired back in her own series of subliminal tweets. Hopefully fans of the show will finally get some real answers and responses when the show’s reunion clip airs in the upcoming weeks.
