Nancy Dolman, who was the wife of comedian Martin Short has died. She was 58.

Short’s representative, Camille Kuznetz said this on Monday:

“Sadly, we can confirm that Martin Short’s wife did pass away. We do not have any other comment to make.”

There are no details concerning the time, place or cause of Dolman’s death.

On Saturday, the Los Angeles Fire Department received an emergency call from the couple’s home in Pacific Palisades. No one was transported from the home, according to a spokesman for the LAFD.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office has said that there is no record of her death, but they would be only if it was sudden, unexpected or unnatural.

Dolman and Short have been married for 30 years and had three children together.

A comedian like Short and both from Canada, Dolman gave up on acting in the 80’s to raise their children, Katherine 27, Oliver, 24 and Henry, 20.

That is a hard thing to go through. Prayers and thoughts to the Short family at this time. Her cause of death probably has something to do with her cancer she was suffering from. Rest in peace.
