MaryJanice Davidson’s Yours, Mine, and Ours – Quick Review

Cadence Jones and her sisters are back in the second installment of the Me, Myself, and Why? Trilogy, Yours, Mine, and Ours. As if the Christmas holidays aren’t stressful enough, a new agent has joined the BOFFO (Bureau of False Flag Ops) team, a serial killer preying on teens is on the prowl, and just when she thought things were going well for her and Patrick, a new man walks into her triple play life. Oh and did I mention that Cadence and her two sisters share one body?

Cadence and her partner team up with a new agent in Yours, Mine, and Ours. Emma Jan Thyme seems the perfect agent with a Harvard degree and the ability to speak more than half a dozen languages, but everyone in BOFFO has their secrets and while Cadence isnt overly thrilled with the new edition to the team, her partner George is more than happy to push the envelope to see where the chaos takes them regardless of the consequences.

Yours, Mine, and Ours returns us to the laughs of Me, Myself, and Why? The story itself seems to float much better than its predecessor giving readers a fun romp through the mind(‘s) of its main character (Cadence) and setting us up nicely to anticipate the next installment. The only drawback was that there didn’t seem to be as much Adrienne in this one, which is a character I truly enjoyed in the first book, but we get more into Shiro which in itself is an adventure. Overall I honestly enjoyed this book more than Me Myself and Why, which is saying a lot!
