Mati – Fish Roe

Yield: 1 batch

8 oz Fish roe
1/4 c  Creme fraîche
1/2 ea Onion minced
Salt to taste
white pepper to taste
1/2 ts Lemon juice fresh

Thaw then strain fish roe if frozen.
Mix fish roe carefully with crème fraîche.
Add onion, lemon juice, salt & white pepper to taste.
Fish roe is delicious on toast points, crackers or rye bread.
