Meeting Bridget (FWE Etheree)

And I

In a room

No talking, the

One and only rule

But all else is allowed

She smiles and strums a banjo

Sings a lullaby, faint and soft

Shines light, into the center of me

Exhaling coolness in the green spring dusk

Suddenly, I am a-washed in Rainbow

She remains anonymous and wild

I decide to write her a poem

To describe her beauty-ness

It’s the least I can do

For all she has done

An etheree –

Making us,

She and

Whetstone: A double-etheree for Bridget McNulty, she is the one

who introduced me to the form and the message here is, friendship
