Megan Fox Fired from Transformers for Hitler Comments

Megan Fox’s abrupt departure from the cast of the Transformers franchise caused a great deal of speculation at the time. Although the beautiful brunette maintained that the decision was solely her own, there were rumors. Stories abounded blaming everything from her director’s unrelenting verbal abuse to her own discomfort with being “sexy.” Right. But the truth has remained a mystery until now.

Stephen Spielberg, reportedly, had Megan Fox fired from the Transformers because of the inappropriate comments she made comparing director Michael Bay to Hitler. Ironically, Bay now claims that Fox’s Hitler comment didn’t upset him. Unfortunately, however, they made executive producer Steven Spielberg mad as heck. The minute the legendary film maker heard about Megan Fox’s incendiary comment, she became yesterday’s news. Or as Michael Bay remembers it:

“You know the Hitler thing, Steven said, ‘Fire her right now.'”

And so Megan Fox’s part will be played in Transformers: Dark of the Moon by Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Oh well, hang in, Megan. No one should have to take verbal abuse from anyone—even their director. On the other hand, there is that old saying about “loose lips and ships.” Or was it something about “biting the hand that feeds you?”

Good luck to Rosie What’s-Her-Name on her new gig. She’ll undoubtedly do well and become a big star. Just like any other extremely beautiful 20-something woman lucky enough to be cast in that part.
