Michelle “Bombshell” McGee has made some pretty bold statements in a court document obtained by TMZ.  Jesse James’ mistress filed the paperwork in San Diego, California in regards to a custody dispute with her son’s father.

In the declaration, which you can read in full on TMZ, Michelle is on the defensive regarding some of her alleged parenting faux pas.  She claims, “I do NOT have a swastika tattoo on me”.  She also claims, “I do NOT show my children how to ‘nazi salute'”.  There’s also a claim by her that she didn’t spell out “white power” on her refrigerator using kids block magnets.  She claims that that photo was taken by friends of the child’s father in attempt to make Michelle look bad in court.  There are also claims by her that she doesn’t do any type of drugs, she even offers herself up for testing.  Michelle’s declaration goes on to list 22 things that she thinks will prove to the courts that she is in fact, a fantastic mother.  I mean, come on!  She says that she does “NOT do any webcam “sessions” from my home with my children present”.  Well, way to go Michelle!

Of course, we all know that Michelle “Bombshell” has been all over the news lately for her affair with Jesse James.  Since announcing the affair, a tremendous amount of dirt has been found out about her.  She was seen online in some photos where she was wearing Nazi related items, hats, armbands etc.  (You can view the photos by clicking here) And then there’s the photo of her son that she refers to in the declaration with the refrigerator magnets.  Are we really supposed to believe this from a person who has W.P. tattooed on the backs of her legs? (Click here to see the photos) Michelle claims that the W.P. does not stand for “White Power”.  I’ve read the supposed real meaning of her W.P. tattoos, but it’s not PG rated content so I can’t write it here!  TMZ also claims that they have in fact seen tattoos of swastikas on her body.  They can’t show them, though.  The tattoos are in a place that’s too risque for even TMZ.

All in all, I think Michelle is lying in her declaration.  It’s not for me to decide, though.  I guess it’s a matter for the courts.  I just wish the best for her poor sons……
