Mienski Honey Cake

                                Mienski Honey Cake

Yield: 1 cake

2 1/4 c  Flour
1/3 c  Sugar
4 1/4 oz  Honey
5 Tb butter
5 ea Eggs
1 ts Vinegar
Cinnamon to taste
1 ts Vanilla extract
Salt to taste

Beat together until smooth eggs, honey, butter,
 sugar & salt.
Add vinegar, vanilla, cinnamon, then while stirring
add flour gradually.
Knead & work dough until it is as you like it.
Turn into cake pans or into a baking pan.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 300-350 deg-F until
done.
Cool cake on racks.
Now remove cake from the pans.
Dust with XXX sugar.
