Mizeria – Cucumbers & Sour Cream

Yield: 4 servings

2 ea Cucumbers washed & trimmed
Salt to taste
1/2 c  Sour cream
1 ts Sugar
2 ts White vinegar
1 tb Fresh dill chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice cucumbers thinly.
Place in a colander over a bowl to catch juices.
Salt cucumbers liberally.
Allow to stand for 30 mins.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pat cucumbers dry then put in a bowl.
Add dressing then toss with cucumber slices.
Season to taste with salt & black pepper.
Chill then sprinkle with more dill before serving.
