Natalie Portman Wears White at FINCA 25th Anniversary, Anne Hathaway in Miu Miu at American Museum of Natural History Gala
Aside from promoting her latest film, “Black Swan,†Natalie Portman also fulfilled her duties as Ambassador of Hope when she attended the 25th Anniversary of FINCA (Foundation for International Community Assistance). The gala was held at Capitale Bowery in New York City, on November 18th.
The Fashion Patrol spotted Natalie looking lovely in a Christian Dior dress. The white number had a cinched waist and a sheer overlay. Natalie’s evening-appropriate make-up gave a kind of balance to her delicate attire. A pair of black pumps, which seemed a little too heavy, completed her outfit.
Just a few nights ago, Natalie showed off a more glamorous look at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Annual Governor’s Awards in Hollywood. She chose a stunning Lanvin number in a rich, fuchsia color with matching Stella McCartney heels.
Also in New York, on the same night, the American Museum of Natural History held its Museum Gala. “Love & Other Drugs,†star, Anne Hathaway attended the event in a figure-hugging Miu Miu dress, as spotted by Red Carpet Fashion Awards. The navy, strapless dress had beaded embellishments. Anne paired her dress with mary jane pumps and a purple clutch, both by Miu Miu. She kept it playful with her updo.
Although Anne’s Miu Miu dress didn’t quite have the impact of her recent outing in a tiered, Valentino couture dress, it did show that Anne isn’t afraid of changing things up.
