Injuries and a lack of depth are already becoming a concern for a few NBA teams as the regular season is about to get started and that has led to some trade rumors on several social media sites. One team that is looking to make a move in the Western Conference is Denver, but the Nuggets need more outside shooting to open things up in the paint and that has led to some trade speculation from basketball experts.
Sam Amico of Fox Sports has reported that the Nuggets front office is looking to land a shooting guard and Jimmer Fredette of Sacramento could be a target. The former BYU star has yet to score like the Kings imagined when they drafted the young guard, but he has great range, good quickness to the basket, and can play both back court positions, making him a valuable asset for a team willing to give him a shot at some playing time.
Denver needs more scoring options and the Kings have a need for another forward after the injury to Carl Landry and if the two sides can come together on a package, it could help both franchises improve for the upcoming NBA season.Â
