New Details in Michaela Constanza Murder

Michaela Constanza was murdered earlier this year in the small Nevada town of West Wendover. The 16-year-old was missing for a short time before her body was found. Almost as soon as her remains were discovered, Kody Patten was charged with her murder. It seemed like a closed case, right? Wrong. More details have arisen and a second defendant has been added to the list of who’s who in this case.

An Elko, NV news source reports that 18-year-old Toni Fratto was not only involved in the kidnapping and murder of the 16-year-old high school student, but she also partook in physical action that led to the girl’s death. A new court document reveals that Toni Fratto is the fiancee of Kody Patten, and that she cut Michaela’s throat and hit her in the head with a shovel. This brutal attack seems to be more than what meets the eye. Could it be that this woman who aided in the attack was actually the leader? What would she have to gain from cutting the throat of Michaela Constanza? Thankfully, she is not only a vile murderer but a stupid person at that, because she participated in a phone conversation (that was recorded) in which she flat-out admitted to committing the crime.

It’s alleged that Fratto not only helped, but also destroyed evidence related to the murder and disappearance of Michaela. What’s more, it’s believed that she commanded Kody Patten to participate in these acts because he dated Michaela Constanza prior to dating her. Sickening, isn’t it? Hopefully, justice will prove severe and she will get exactly what she deserves!
