Go to fullsize imageIt was just last week when the judge declined to drop the defamation charges and has set a trial date against Oprah Winfrey by headmistress Nomvuyo Mzamane. However on Tuesday a joint statement was released stating Winfrey and Mzamane resolved their differences, but both parties agreed not to discuss the terms of the settlement.

Previously Mzamane has stated that she hadn’t been able to find a job since the sex abuse scandal brought against her by Oprah. Although she is now working at another school in Africa she is surely not making the same $150,000 she was earning at Oprah’s school. In the lawsuit Mzamane was seeking $250,000
