What do you do when your father is in a hit movie that all your friends are seeing? You make him lie! Peter Facinelli, star of the “Twilight Saga,” has been banned from mentioning that he is in the hit film based on the book series by Stephanie Meyer in front of her friends. In fact, the thirteen year old has asked him to wear a disguise when he drives her to school.

Jennie Garth, former “90210” babe and wife to Peter Facinelli, said the following in a recent interview, according to Ace Showbiz: “She’s like, ‘Let’s not talk anything ‘Twilight’. Don’t mention it. Wear a hat to my school.’ She’s a little embarrassed by it, she wants people to like her for her and not because of him, or want to come to our house because of that. It’s something we deal with. But she’s proud of him.”

Sounds like a normal teenage girl! She wants to be known on her own merits and not because her father is Papa Cullen. Peter Facinelli and his family seem to have their priorities straight!

In other Twilight news, the announcement of Mackenzie Foy officially cast as the daughter of Edward and Bella, Renesmee, came out on Wednesday. She was rumored to be in talks late last month for the role, but now the news is official. She will play the daughter of the pair in Breaking Dawn, which starts production soon in New Orleans. Go here for the latest in entertainment news and gossip.
