Miley Cyrus is all over the place. She turns 17 and her clothes get skimpy. She records a new album and heads out on tour. Miley even has time to pick up an award for going Platinum in Spain (selling more than 60,000 copies) of her EP ‘The Time of Our Lives.’

 

The teen pop star, who rose to fame and popularity over the last few years because of her portrayal of her alter-ego Hannah Montana for Disney has started the European leg of a tour promoting her new album ‘Can’t be Tamed’ People have been critical of her “fashion choices” lately, as she has given up her wholesome teen image for a much racier, sexed-up version of herself.

This all started with the release of her video for Can’t be Tamed. She admits to an interview (below for the Associate Press) that the new album “shows a different maturity of me and a different light.” That’s for sure..it also shows more skin. Yep, the cute little girl is growing up.

 

Goodbye pink backpacks, hello stiletto heels.
