Pljeskavica – Meat Patties

Yield: 4 Servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Ground lamb, pork, veal, &/or beef*
      3 tb Finely chopped onion
      1 tb Minced parsley
      1 tb Paprika hot or sweet
      1 ea Garlic clove minced
           Salt & pepper to taste

*NOTE:
You may mix these meats as you see fit for better tasting patties.
 
Mix all together, cover, refrigerate & allow to sit for 1-2  hrs.
Form into 4 patties & grill over charcoal until they are done.
These must be served with chopped onions.
