The Powerball results for September 21, 2011 have been revealed! Wednesday’s Powerball winning numbers are 12, 47, 48, 52, and 55. The Powerball number is 13, and the PowerPlay number is X 4. Go check your tickets!
Sadly, there were no Powerball jackpot winners in Wednesday’s drawing of $25,000,000, so the next Powerball grand prize will be worth an estimated $30,000,000 annuity, or $18,000,000 one-time cash-value.
Congratulations to All the September 21st Powerball Winners!
Although no one won last night’s jackpot, four (4) Powerball winners matched five out of six Powerball winning numbers, but not the Powerball, for $200,000 each. The lottery winners purchased their tickets in Florida, Kentucky, Illinois, and Virginia.
Luckily, the two (2) winners from Florida and Kentucky spent an extra dollar for the PowerPlay option, their $200,000 automatically jumped to $1,000,000! Too bad the Illinois and Virginia Powerball winners didn’t take the chance as well. They were so close, and yet so very far away from being millionaires!
Additional Powerball results show that twenty-one (21) Match 4 + 1 winners matched four out five white Powerball numbers, plus the red Powerball for $10,000 each. Six (6) of those winners purchased PowerPlay tickets, and since last night’s PowerPlay numbers was 4, their prize winnings will multiply from $10,000 to $40,000 instantly!
Along with the high-tier lottery prizes, there were also 558,216 Powerball winning tickets ranging from $3 to $100. As with the all PowerPlay winners, if anyone spent an extra dollar on the PowerPlay option, their winnings would be multiplied by 4. All in all, 558,241 Powerball players will be cashing in their winning tickets. You can bet that some winners are happier with their Powerball results than others are!
