Recent Powerball Winners

In fact, tonight’s August 10th Powerball drawing could be the largest jackpot so far this year.

Of all the 2011 Powerball jackpot winners, tonight’s jackpot comes very close to matching another big winner. On April 6th, friends Michael Reardon and Darin Fox from Indiana, matched all six Powerball winning numbers for a jackpot of $221,700,000.

A few months later on June 1st, the Powerball jackpot of $201,900,000 went to a group of twenty New York Costco employees that call themselves the 1937 Flatbush Avenue Dodgers. There were five additional Powerball jackpots won in 2011, however, they were all less than $200,000,000.
