Radley Sanitarium has given Mona a clean bill of health and she is headed back to the halls of Rosewood High, much to the Liars’ dismay. With their former tormentor now back in their everyday life, Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer take very different views of the “new” Mona. Sure she made their lives a living hell, but is she really cured? And what other secrets could she be holding onto? It is up to Mona to prove to the Liars if she has changed or not.”

Given what’s been shown about Mona lately, the answer to that is no, but she’s obviously tricked Radley into thinking she is, so what havoc will she wreak once she’s out? What will the fallout be of the spooky train ride and Garrett’s death? Will the Liars discover that he was telling the truth about Aria’s father?

The Pretty Little Liars season 3 episode 14 promo for “She’s All Better Now” (below) shows that Mona is out, but Hanna’s not fooled: “I know you’re still A.” Meanwhile, things are going well in Spencer and Toby’s relationship, and it would be pretty sweet if it hadn’t already been revealed he’s part of the A team. Instead, now it’s all just creepy, including him bringing her flowers. But that’s not going to stay secret for long, if spoilers are anything to go by. So what will happen when the girls find out? What is Toby going to take care of? What’s with that message in the notebook, “Keep moving ladies. Nothing to see here,” from A?
