Real Housewives of Miami Speak Out on Drama — or Lack Thereof

With the recent drama surrounding the other The Real Housewives franchise shows, The Real Housewives of Miami seems to be less interesting. Although the show has some of the same features as other shows – a wife of an athlete, a recently married cast member and one hot head – the show is just not as successful as the others.

Marysol Patton, a cast member of the Miami franchise, recently explained why the cast mates lacked chemistry compared to other franchises. With rumors that a second season is in the works, Patton is adamant about coming back. It is clear that she does not want to film with some of the other housewives. She is silent about which wife she would prefer to see gone.

However, she is open about the show’s failure in comparison to O.C., Atlanta and New York, for example. Patton admits that this cast of real housewives is missing chemistry or a solid ingredient for keeping the show interesting. And viewers agree – nothing fun about watching five women learning how to cook from a chef.

Patton has no regrets about doing the show and she is open about the opportunity of a second season. And fans have been vocal about offering a show to Patton and her mother, Elsa. It is clear that those two stole the show, along with Patton’s wedding to her French husband.

Would you watch a second season of The Real Housewives of Miami? Or would you stick with what you know?
