Taylor Armstrong from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been making headlines lately because of her choice to publish a controversial book about her abusive relationship with the deceased Russell Armstrong. Russell committed suicide back in August and since then, Taylor has been under fire.
Taylor was even rumored to be dating in the fall, since she was estranged from Russell at the time of his death and had planned to pursue a divorce. But now that she is working on her book, reliving her meltdowns on television on the Bravo show and dealing with public criticism for profiting off Russell’s death, Taylor Armstrong is speaking out about her love life and moving on.
“I’m OK being by myself and just being a mom,” the single Taylor explains. She is not ready to start dating and she is happy with celebrating the holidays with Kennedy on her own. “I’m learning to love myself,” Taylor explained to Star as reported by Radar Online. She is not concentrating on men right now and it seems that dating is out of the question.
In fact, Taylor is focusing all of her energy on Kennedy, giving her what she needs to help her through the first holidays without her father. “”I’ve got to make sure that my little girl is in the best place possible before anything else,” Taylor explains. “I am having a blast with my little girl. I need some Taylor time for now.”
Although it is good to hear that Taylor is not being selfish and throwing herself into meaningless relationships to fill the void, she should perhaps focus on rebuilding some of the relationships damaged after Russell’s passing.
