Taylor Armstrong has really opened herself up to the world in her new memoir, Hiding From Reality. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has penned the tell-all to talk about her abusive relationship with her late husband, Russell, and some of the things that she writes are quite shocking.

“He would grab my hair and bang my head against the side of the car between the two doors or against the glass of the passenger window while he was driving, because it made his point to me but didn’t leave a visible mark,” Taylor reveals. When she tried to fight back he told her, “Don’t ever do that again because I almost killed you. One of these days I’m afraid I’m going to kill you.” The irony is bitter.

Of course there are plenty of people who have their doubts about Taylor Armstrong’s relationship with Russell and many think that she is making some of these stories up—or exaggerating them. However, the memoir promises to be candid, whether you believe what Taylor writes or not.

Taylor is a very controversial Housewife and people tend to have very strong opinions of her. A lot of people have given Taylor a lot of grief over her accusations about Russell. It’s unfortunate because no one deserves to have their hardships belittled. Will you be purchasing and/or reading Taylor’s memoir?
