Things have slowly gone from bad to worse for Teresa Giudice and husband Joe.  ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star, who has dealt with major financial troubles in the last few months is now under more scrutiny.

According to Radar Online the Giudice’s are being accused of hiding major assets from the United States Bankruptcy Court, and apparently they courts have the paperwork to prove it. Roberta A. DeAngelis, the US Trustee who has been dealing with this case has filed a complaint stating to the courts that there have been too many lies, false tax returns, along with issues of the couple not including everything about their financial situation, when they filed for the Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

This may leave some viewers and fans perplexed at what they could be hiding.  It was noted in the complaint that one of the accusations comes from a book deal that Teresa made just days before filing. Giudice apparently signed a $250,000 book deal for her best seller “Skinny Italian” and failed to claim the deal among her assets, her husband Joe has also apparently neglected to mention alternate bank accounts and real estate properties he had.

Of course, these claims are those of many that have been filed against the couple.  It’s not clear whether Joe and Teresa can recover from this, and quite frankly it appears that they are finding themselves in knee deep hot water that is rising from day to day.
