Rihanna Gets Charged by the Fashion Police

This weekend, Rihanna was nabbed by the Fashion Police for her Met Gala ensemble designed by Tom Ford. The flowing gown was a full scale success even though the frock was made of alligator. That’s right. Alligator.

The reptile-enhanced frock the singer wore to this annual event, which is called Fashion’s biggest night, came from the Tom Ford fall 2012 collection (see it here).

Despite the use of dead animals, Joan Rivers thought RiRi was gorgeous in this major fashion statement.

Meanwhile, George Kotsiopoulos called the look “subdued and subtle.” He pointed out that the dress took a long time to make since each croc piece was hand sewn on its frame, one piece at a time.”

Although George thought the frock was perfect, he was disappointed that this diva wore Louboutin heels since he commented that Tom Ford does a similar style that would have worked much better.

When Kelly Osbourne spoke up on Fashion Police about what Rih wore to the Met Gala 2012, she was all about her hair, saying she loved that the artist “went more funky” with her locks.

As a colorful add-on to her conversation about what Rihanna chose as her Met Gala style, this Fashion Police arbiter said, “She is so damned sexy she can turn any straight woman bi.”

OK. That’s a comment.

Meanwhile, Osbourne called Rihanna best dressed of the evening and Joan Rivers concurred. Do you agree? Thoughts? Thanks.
