River of thoughts

Flying over the river

It heard itself crying

It saw itself flying

Spreading its wings

Its dreams

And its beams

It came toward me

And whispered in my ear

Telling me “I am sorry”

Never thought it would look around

It flew away over the river

Spreading its wings

Its dreams

And its beams

I opened my eyes

And it reached my mind

It colored my thoughts

Blue, green and black

Nothing was left

Only my past

Then

It flew away over the oceans and seas

Spreading its wings

Its dreams

And its beams too

But

It didn’t know that I was tied up

Hanging upside down

I heard what it said

But couldn’t help out myself

I called it to come

Cause I was afraid

It flew away over me again

And whispered

‘It is too late to say sorry

cause I am falling apart

and remember

I am just your river of thoughts’
