Robert Pattinson apparently was injured on the set of ‘Water for Elephants.’ While the 24 year-old actor looked in perfect health, he did have a bit of a bloody hand after a long day of shooting. Only days before Pattinson looked gorgeous in his suit as headed into UCLA for his latest flick.

The British hunk was shooting the final scenes for the film in LA. Pattinson costars opposite Oscar winners Reese Witherspoon and Christoph Waltz. While attending the Comic-Con in San Diego,Waltz dished on costars Pattinson’s role in the film.

Waltz shared his thoughts on the actor’s chances of attracting Oscar interest for his portrayal of a veterinary student in their 1930’s flick. Pattinson’s character joins the circus and finds love with Waltz’s on screen wife played by Reese Witherspoon.

Incidentally, Witherspoon and Pattinson first worked together seven years ago on the set of Vanity Fair (2004). I was living in Bath, England at that time and remember the gorgeous film sets that took over the streets of Bath very well. Meanwhile, enjoy photos of the Pattinson and watch the film clip of Witherspoon and Pattinson below.  See pictures of Robert Pattinson’s bloody hand here.
