Robert Pattinson has actually compared the difficulty of filming both Twilight and Cosmopolis, and how one of the films was far more difficult to do than the other. Which one would you guess he says was harder?

According to a report from Hollywood Life, Rob’s director in Cosmopolis, David Cronenberg, says the Twilight star couldn’t believe how much easier it was to have changes oProfile Picturer decisions approved on the Cosmopolis set.

Twilight, of course, is a huge franchise. Even the smallest of details had a whole chain of approval to travel through before final decisions were made.

“[Rob] was saying that because he’s done these Twilight movies, he was sort of astonished that I could just make a decision right there on the [Cosmopolis] set and that was it,” David Cronenberg says.

Would you have expected exactly the opposite of this to be true? Did you think that since Twilight was geared at young adults and was about vampires that perhaps it was a far more lax set and list of rules than in other films?

Do you suppose it’s difficult for Robert Pattinson and actors like him to adapt from one film set to another and the people and restrictions that accompany them? If so he’s had quite a hard year of adjustments. From Twilight with co-star and real life girlfriend Kristen Stewart to Bel Ami where he plays the role of Georges Duroy–a man who beds wealthy women for their money, and to Cosmopolis in between–he’s had quite a few adjustments to make. It’s a good thing Rob is able to roll with the punches, isn’t it?
