‘Rookie Blue’ Season 3 Episode 9 Sneak Peek: The Search for Gail Begins

Rookie Blue season 3 continues this week with episode 9, “Out of Time.” After taking a week off, they will finally reveal what happens to Gail—and who dies, as has been teased for weeks.

Season 3 Episode 9 “Out of Time” Clip

The last episode, “The Girlfriend Experience,” saw Gail go undercover for a case only to be attacked at the end in Andy’s apartment. Andy had been planning to spend the night at Sam’s, but then told him to bring her home so she could be with Gail after the rough night. The promo out (below) does show Andy finding Gail but being injected with something, and now there’s a new preview clip out that goes from there.

In the Rookie Blue season 3 episode 9 sneak peek from “Out of Time” (below), Frank and Jerry find Andy ready to work even though she was attacked and drugged. The hospital cleared her, and while Sam tells her she doesn’t have to be there, it’s Luke, who makes his return in this episode, who says to “let her work” as he joins them. She is, after all, the only one they know has had contact with the guy they’re after. He has a point.

Frank agrees but makes sure Andy knows she’s not getting anywhere near the search. Instead, Jerry has her check on Charlie’s whereabouts after they released him. Sam’s going with Andy; do they find Charlie and bring him in? The promo shows him back in interrogation, and though he says he doesn’t know where Gail is, Jerry doesn’t believe him and lets him know it.

Sam tells Luke, “Good to have you back, buddy,” as he walks by, and though Andy thanks him for what he said, Luke says he’s just there until they find Gail. Now, that is cold. Will Andy and Luke take the time in an upcoming episode to talk about what happened between them since he is back now? What will he have to say about Andy and Sam? He’s the one who ruined things last season, but that doesn’t stop him from acting like he is at the end of this clip.
