Sarah Palin is the GOP’s great white embarrassment from America’s great white north. After she pretty much ruined John McCain’s political career (while boosting her family’s skeezy reality T.V. career), she isn’t welcomed to campaign for the new candidates or speak at the upcoming convention. Nonetheless, Fox News still finds her useful enough to keep around for commentary when they don’t have anyone else lined up to entertain their sheep-like viewers. Does she like that attention? You baaaa-aaa-aaatcha!
Momma grizzly offered some advice for President Barack Obama while commenting on a segment of Greta Van Susteren’s Fox News program, but even in her normal idiocy it was a moment of clarity that made even Van Susteren direct her away to something else — like attacking the president instead. She said:
The strategists there in the Obama campaign have got to look at a diplomatic way of replacing Joe Biden on the ticket with Hillary. And I don’t want to throw out that suggestion and have them actually accept the suggestion because then a Obama/Hillary Clinton ticket would have a darn good chance of winning. But really, Joe Biden really drags down that ticket.
She did make one good point, however, and that was that voters need to educate themselves as much as possible before voting in this election. That was probably something else of an embarrassment for the conservative-backed Fox News, because as most people know by now, an informed voter is a liberal voter.
Sarah Palin isn’t a very bright woman; that’s for sure. Though she is good at getting attention with her annoyingly folksy voice and her ever-changing facial structure that seems to get stretched tighter the older she gets. Her constant whining about “the media,” on the other hand is getting pretty old, considering she doesn’t appear to have the slightest understanding of the U.S. Constitution. Well, there’s a reason why she couldn’t stick as governor, and she sure as hell never made it as Vice President of the United States.
