With the Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber break-up rumors behind everyone, Selena is now talking about some of the major influences in her life. One of them is Britney Spears for music, but others include actresses Emma Stone and Natalie Portman.

As Selena Gomez matures, she continues to evolve as an entertainer and it seems she must never sleep due to her busy schedule. A recent interview has Selena Gomez, girlfriend of Justin Bieber, discussing what drives her in life. Her major driving force is her young fans, since they allow her to do what she loves. She’s already explained she has been doing a set of Britney Spears music at concert shows as an ode to her first big concert and album purchase.

What about acting, though? Selena gained fame from the kids TV show, “Wizards of Waverly Place,” and recently starred in the motion picture, “Monte Carlo.” As for her acting influences, Selena was asked about her major influences there. The young star replied, “Emma Stone, because I feel like she is doing really great, fun roles, but also roles that display her talent. I love Rachel McAdams; she’s a really great actress. I love Kate Winslet and Natalie Portman.”

These are certainly some great choices for Selena Gomez to look up to and probably to get acting advice from. At least two of them are Academy Award winners, and the other two have potential to be there. Emma Stone and Rachel McAdams are certainly two very talented actresses. The four of them never seem to find their names in bad headlines either. If Selena sticks to idolizing them and not some of the actresses who have gone down the wrong path, she probably will turn out alright, too. She may want to take lessons from Britney Spears in a few things NOT to do though!
