Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth joined Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderama to ring in the New Year partying with—of all people—Joe Jonas. Who says celebrities can’t all just get along?
Fasten your seatbelts, Celebrity Watchers. This is going to be a bumpy read.
When Miley Cyrus and her current flame Liam Hemsworth arrived at Beacher’s Madhouse in Hollywood to ring in the New Year with Joe Jonas, it was already 2012. Joe and his BFF, Wilmer Vaderama, had already rung in the New Year together without Wilmer’s current girlfriend, whom he seemed to have misplaced. Miley danced alone beside the stage while Liam kept a watchful eye on her. Neither of them drank a drop all night.
“Miley looked sober, clean and healthy. She didn’t hold a drink once,” reveals an eyewitness, adding: “Liam was looking up at her smiling; you can tell he thinks great things of her. It was so cute.”
Anyway, at the bizarre hour of 1:30 AM, in waltzed Demi Lovato, of all people, arriving “fashionably late with a large group of friends.” Immediately after La Lovato’s arrival, Joe Jonas mysteriously disappeared. Wonder why?
“Joe had moved down to the front row by the time Demi came. I didn’t see her make any eye contact with Joe—they avoided each other,” tattles another source.
“She went right to Wilmer’s table. They are definitely together,” adds the eyewitness.
For the woefully uninformed, Demi Lovato was once—and possibly still is—involved with Wilmer Valderama. Perhaps more importantly she was once head-over-heels in love with Joe Jonas. Rumor has it that her 2010 emotional breakdown was the result of their breakup. Awkward. Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus, along with her girlhood BFF Selena Gomez, was once deeply in love with Joe Jonas’ brother Nick. Alas, Nick Jonas reportedly kicked both Disney princesses to the curb.
So, there you have it. What, if anything, will happen with the five celebrities mentioned above—especially Lovato, Valderama, and Joe Jonas—is anybody’s guess. Probably even they don’t know.
As for Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, Maybe they should find new party pals.
