I decided to try the South Beach diet. I had previously tried Atkins, but became WAY too hungry to continue. Well, the first day I had only protein and low GI veggies. I was STARVING no matter how much I ate. I don't know if it has anything to do with me being hypoglycemic, but I had to eat some carbs. Has anyone else had trouble with being hungry on this diet? I really do need to cut down on the carbs, but I can't cut them out altogether, even for the 2 weeks. I may just try to skip to phase 2 and see if I do better.
