Sunday Writing Essential (07/13/14, Freedom)

This will be the last challenge I issue for a few weeks as my schedule is super-busy at the moment, so I’m making it an easy one: write your idea of freedom. And just so it’s not too easy, write your story, poem or essay in first person point of view.

The Challenge:

Write a poem or story from a first person POV that explains your idea of freedom.

The List of Things to Do:

  • Add this Challenge Statement to the post: Write a poem or story from a first person POV that explains your idea of freedom.
  • Put (SunWE, 07/13/14, Freedom) in your post title.
  • Be sure to tag your post with SunWE, Gather Writing Essential, and Freedom
  • Then post it to Gather Writing Essential. You can also comment below with the link to your post to ensure I find it.

There is also a limit of three submissions from each member per day, which you can follow or ignore at your discretion.

Also, if you would like me to critique your response, feel free to request it at the end of your post, otherwise I will simply leave a comment.

Here are the responses I found for last week’s Touch challenge:

Belugas in the Rain (SunWE, 07/06/14, Touch) by David K.

Nostalgia for what can never be again (SunWE, 07/06/14, Touch) by Angela A.

SunWe, Sense of Touch Prompt. When I Was Blind / 7,6,14. by Sharon P.

If I missed yours, please let me know.
