Sunday Writing Essential (SunWE, 04/20/14, Feasting)

It’s Easter Sunday, a day of faith, of family and of food. Even if you don’t celebrate, and gather around a table of glazed ham and relatives, it’s hard to avoid seeing and hearing about the chocolate bunnies and the Easter eggs.

So this week we’re featuring food, in the form of feasting. It’s time to stuff yourself silly, and be a glutton. It’s time to feast!

The Challenge:

Write a story, or a poem about a feast. It can be an Easter feast, a medieval feast, (or even a medieval Easter feast), a feast of barbeque ribs, any kind of feast.

The List of Things to Do:

  • Add this Challenge Statement to the post: Write a story, or a poem about a feast. It can be an Easter feast, a medieval feast, (or even a medieval Easter feast), a feast of barbeque ribs, any kind of feast.
  • Put (SunWE, 04/20/14, Feasting) in your post title.
  • Be sure to tag your post with SunWE, Gather Writing Essential, and Feasting.
  • Then post it to Gather Writing Essential. You can also comment below with the link to your post to ensure I find it.

There is also a limit of three submissions from each member per day which you can follow or ignore at your discretion.

Also, if you would like me to critique your response, feel free to request it at the end of your post, otherwise I will simply leave a comment.
