What is it about Lousiana that brings out the bad in those from the Survivor cast. Just last week, we heard of Russell Hantz, currently seen on Survivor: Heroes and Villains being arrested at a festival for pushing a woman.
Now we have word that another former Survivor cast member has been arrested in Louisiana for a fight with a woman. This time, it is Kenward Bernis. We saw him on Survivor Fiji back in 2007. He was arrested over the weekend after an incident that occurred at Bootleggers Bar, which is also owned by Russell Hantz.
Sgt. Mark Francis from the local police department had this to say about the incident to E! News: “It was an altercation between him and a victim that occurred at the nightclub,” Francis tells E! News. “He faces either a $500 fine or a maximum six months in the parish jail, but most cases receive a fine and you attend some management classes.”
As for the murder case surrounding the former Survivor producer, Bruce Beresford-Redman, his wife’s body has been returned to the US and to her family in Los Angeles. The wife’s body was found during a family trip to Cancun three weeks ago. Bruce is the only suspect in his wife’s murder.
