Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran Relationship Confirmed?

It was reported on Thursday that Taylor Swift might be rebounding after her relationship with Harry Styles with The A Team singer Ed Sheeran–and now it seems the relationship is practically confirmed. This may be one of the best matches for the I Knew You Were Trouble singer.

According to a report from Hollywood Life, the two briefly dated about a year ago, but split amicably to promote their Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeranrespective careers. Now it seems they’ve found their way back together again and it might actually be a good thing for the pair.

“Taylor has always loved Ed to bits. He’s just an adorably sweet guy who makes her laugh and feel confident,” a source says.

It’s perfect timing for Ed and Taylor, too–as they’ll be touring together starting March 13th and continuing all through the summer of 2013.

Ed Sheeran doesn’t think he’s up to Taylor’s boyfriend material standards, and he said so in an interview just a couple of months back.

“If you look at all the dudes she’s dated, they’re all tall, brown hair, brown eyes, very attractive and all the girls scream for them. I’m chubby, ginger with blue eyes,” he says.

Ed Sheeran is actually one of Harry Styles’s good friends. How do you think the One Direction singer will feel when he learns Ed has taken up with his ex? That really doesn’t matter, though–does it? Taylor seems to have found someone who can make her happy and for the right reasons this time.

“Harry Styles had that irresistible bad boy thing but Taylor has realized she would rather give it a go with a guy who can make her happy on a different level,” a source says.

So what do you think of Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran as a couple? Might The A Team singer be the one guy who Taylor has loved first as a friend? Does that make it more promising as they move into a dating phase and possibly become a romantic couple in the near future?
