‘Teen Mom 2′ Girls Share Insight

The girls of Teen Mom 2 are currently in New York City for work and that means that fans are treated to special interviews! On Monday, E! released a new clip which shows Jenelle Evans, Chelsea Houska, Leah Calvert, and Kailyn Lowry all talking about the show and how they feel it has impacted their lives.

As can be imagined, the clip shows the typical questions along with the typical answers. Jenelle admits that she needed a wake-up call and seeing herself on television helped her to realize that. Kailyn Lowry admits that she doesn’t like being called famous, but rather opts for admitting that she is “better known” thanks to the show. Leah feels that she is maturing into the mother that she has always wanted to be. Chelsea Houska says that she no longer cares about the “little things” and says that she feels most of the girls are good moms.

Wait, did she say most of the moms? The video is quickly edited so it is unclear what (if anything) was left out, but surely Chelsea wasn’t saying something negative about one of her cast mates. Even though Jenelle Evans may not be the best mother, she still tries and visits with her son Jace. Could she do more? Definitely, but at least she isn’t doing less. Editing is one of the things that make the hit MTV show seem so dramatic and likely one of the reasons why Jenelle won’t be watching this season (so she says!).

Overall, the girls of TM2 have grown up a lot over the past few years. Unfortunately, the series is still several months behind and fans already know most of what has happened in their lives. However, fans will have the opportunity to see things play out a little more in depth. Check out the clip below to see what else the girls had to say!
