Jef Holm of The Bachelorette 2012 is talking openly about Emily Maynard and the approach he took in getting her attention on the show.
In a new interview, Jef said he didn’t want to be as competitive over spending one-on-one time with Emily as the other men were. He wanted to take a more laid back approach even though the other contestants thought he wasn’t doing himself any favors by hanging back.
“If I could go back, I wouldn’t change a single thing,” Jef said.
Emily has shown a fondness for Jef Holm on The Bachelorette 2012. They have a sweet kind of chemistry brewing between them. It seems that Jef’s gentlemanly manners are winning him points — and roses — with Maynard.
Jef did say that his kiss with Emily was “the best kiss of my entire life.”
As it stands with the spoilers now, it’s speculated that Jef might be the finalist Emily picks during The Bachelorette finale. He said that if Emily doesn’t pick him he’s not interested in becoming The Bachelor for 2013. The quiet contestant has done everything right so far on the show. JP Rosenbaum took a less forward approach with Ashley Hebert on last year’s season of The Bachelorette and it definitely worked for him. Looks like there’s something to be learned from these types of men on the show after all!
