‘The L.A. Complex’ Season 2 Episode 4 ‘Be A Man’ Preview: Bad Days

The L.A. Complex season 2 continues next week with episode 4, “Be A Man.” Nick and Abby have broken up, but it looks like another couple could be on their way to being over with this next episode.

Season 2 Episode 4 “Be A Man” Promo

“Connor (Jonathan Patrick Moore) is forced to make a tough choice. Kaldrick (Andra Fuller) pays a visit to his father. Raquel (Jewel Staite) suffers a blow to her ego on set. Abby (Cassie Steele) looks to befriend her ‘Saying Grace’ co-star. Nick (Joe Dinicol) grows tired of enduring Sabrina’s (Georgina Reilly) cruel pranks and tries to beat her at her own game. Finally, on a day full of big auditions for Simon (Michael Levinson), Beth’s (Dayle McLeod) mouth gets her into trouble.”

Although this series doesn’t bring in high ratings, the CW will be airing all the episodes, and the next one up shows that the drama continues for everyone. They’re having bad days, but their nights aren’t looking much better. Will things ever look up for these characters?

The L.A. Complex season 2 episode 4 promo for “Be A Man” (below) shows the aftermath of the Nick/Abby break-up. She had a rough morning and night, considering she slept outside. Where will she end up staying? Will she get her own room, or could someone else—perhaps a co-star (even though they’re not getting along)—take her in? It looks like things are going to continue to go downhill on set for her too. Nick’s morning isn’t going any better. He tells the writer’s room about the break-up, and Sabrina’s smiling. Later on, she tells a bartender to make anything he orders a triple. Uh-oh. Will Nick be able to “beat her at her own game,” like the episode synopsis states he wants to?

Meanwhile, Raquel’s not having a good day either, as she’s told to “get over [her]self,” but it’s not going to get better when she gets home. She tells Connor she doesn’t need anything from him. Is this going to be the end of their relationship? Things were certainly strained between the two at the end of the last episode, but will he have anything to say that could change her mind?
