The Last Call…100 Word Stories-Week15/Challenge

 

It was a clear bright sunny day on September-11th, 2001.It started as any ordinary day, but led to a change that would affect Molly's whole life forever.

 

 

 He worked as a firefighter, and she dreaded the long nights alone. She still feels Amber's passionate kiss, his last good-bye and his smiling face, lost forever. That morning the world was wrapped up in fear and cries. She knew that her husband had been a good man. He had saved many lives.

 

 

Today, after one whole year, standing by his grave she felt nothing but bitterness, anger and resentment.
