‘The Vampire Diaries’ Renewed for Season 4

The Vampire Diaries has been a hit for the CW over the past three years, so it’s no surprise that the network has decided it wants more from the town filled with the supernatural.

Vampire Diaries Renewed for Season 4

The CW has made it official and revealed that there will be more Vampire Diaries in the 2012-2013 season. It’s no surprise that the series has been picked up for its fourth season, but things are going to be different next year. Elena’s going to have made her choice between the Salvatore brothers (coming in the season 3 finale), and there is going to be a new villain around. It’s also possible the cast will look different because it’s very possible there could be more death before the third season is over.

It would’ve been surprising if The Vampire Diaries wasn’t renewed. It’s one of the most popular shows on the CW. It’s only a question of what will be different in season 4 and how, without the love triangle between Stefan, Elena, and Damon a main focus since she’ll be choosing, what the relationship between Elena and the brother she didn’t chose and the brothers will be like.

What are you hoping to see in The Vampire Diaries season 4?
