‘The Voice’s’ Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera ‘Genuinely Despise’ Each Other

The Voice’s Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera are in the midst of a behind-the-scenes brawl that Christina took live on the air last night. Now producers fear even more is to come on tonight’s episode of The Voice–and almost all of it at the hands of Christina Aguilera.

According to a report from Hollywood Life, Christina is now demanding that Adam be fired from The Voice, and a replacement hired before the next season begins. Producers swear up and down that this is absolutely not a publicity stunt.

“They legitimately despise each other,” a production source says. “Carson Daly wanted them to talk it out, but they want nothing to do with each other.”

Now it seems Adam wants to record a new version of his hit song Moves Like Jagger just so he can cut Christina’s part out. At least for last night’s show, Adam tried to display some manners and let bygones be bygones–at least in front of the public. He wore a shirt that read ‘Team Xtina’ on the show in an effort to smooth things over for the audience. She wanted nothing to do with it, however, and began mouthing off the moment when it is time for Tony Luca’s review of 99 Problems. Christina immediately jumped in and got back on her ‘offensive to women’ bandwagon. And while in some situations it may very well be, Adam and Tony both explained how the deleted word ‘b*tch’ was intended in the song.

Producers reportedly will be on guard tonight and ready to break up any altercations that take place between Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera. Hopefully it won’t overshadow the last four contestant’s big night.

Do you think Adam Levine should be fired from The Voice or should they get rid of whiny, rude Christina Aguilera–who is very much behaving like a b*tch right now–instead?
