Tony Scott’s Widow Says He Didn’t Have Brain Cancer

Tony Scott’s wife Diana is refuting the claim that her filmmaker husband took his own life because of an inoperable brain tumor.

An autopsy is going to determine, once and for all, if the famous Hollywood director had any health issues; but in the meantime his widow, Diana, is insisting he did not have cancer.

The reportage of this tragic case shows how reckless the mainstream media has become in recent years. Mark Twain once said, “A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes.” That famous quote certainly applies to this case.

ABC news was the first to broadcast the erroneous news that Enemy of the State director Tony Scott had cancer, and just about every other press outlet on the globe followed suit. But, shouldn’t someone somewhere have determined the veracity of the story first? Where did ABC learn this information? And, what motive would someone have to leak false information about such a sensitive incident?

The highly successful filmmaker died after jumping from a bridge in the Los Angeles area. He directed such hits as Top Gun, Crimson Tide and True Romance. Although the police found several notes written by Scott, they have not yet released the contents. Perhaps these notes will fill in the blanks about this mysterious and tragic suicide.
