I was so impressed with this authors poetry that I wanted to share it with all the Gather Community.  Meet Nash Hasan,  This Author has a uncanny ability to reach out and grab a piece of your heart through his words.  He has such a handle on the teens in America that I think any parent or teen could benefit from his words.  I have contacted Nash and he has agreed to do a live chat with the members of Gather on Thursday March 20th @ 7 PM Eastern Time.

I know how hard it is for teens to survive in today's selfish society.  Many are abused mentally, physically, and emotionally.  Society puts little value on teens today. I have worked with teens who were considered misfits by the world but I saw such potential and love in these young adults. Sometimes they just need a hug or a smile to make the correct decisions in life.

This wonderful book of poems consists of five chapters. Each chapter titled based on the degree of Sunlight Verses Dark.

Just Dark:  Lost Hope; Surrendered
Dusk: Struggling and Falling into the Dark
Twilight: Uncertain; Illusions
Dawn: A New Beginning
Bright Light: Moving Beyond Tomorrow

Nash has published some of his poems  on Gather just for you to view.  If you have teens, you know how hard it can be to just survive.  This will be a wonderful chat and I do hope you can make it but if you cant, please just post your questions below in the comment area.

I feel certain that once you read his poems, you will want to chat with him.

One lucky Gather Member who attends the chat will be receiving a copy of his book, "Diamonds In The Rough, The Youth Of America."  Will it be you?
