Just wondering how many Gatherers are planning to head out to be one of the first to see the Twilight: New Moon movie coming Friday, November 20th, 2009. The sequel is sure to be a popular one at the box office and finding Twilight New Moon tickets could be difficult if it continuously sells out.  It may be best to purchase tickets ahead of time on the internet, or you’ll be waiting in line for a bit if you go on opening night or weekend.

If you didn’t see the first film, “Twilight”, it follows an intriguing love story between human girl Bella Swan, played by Kristen Stewart, and vampire boy Edward Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson. Bella falls for this strange guy Edward at the new high school she attends, and the two end up in love. However, Bella learns of Edward’s alter-ego as a vampire and meets his equally bloodthirsty family along the way. This leads to all sorts of adventure and danger which seems to interrupt the true love between Edward and Bella. Also in the movie is Jacob, a childhood friend of Bella’s who seems to have a slight crush on her. In the New Moon movie, fans will see that Jacob also has an alter-ego, but not as a vampire.

These romance-fantasy movies are based on the popular Twilight books by Stephenie Meyer. With the recent craze involving vampires from the HBO series “True Blood” and the first Twilight movie, this movie is sure to be a big hit in the box office.

A website is offering fans a chance to score 4 tickets to Twilight New Moon movie here.   Movie showtimes and ticket information will be available at Fandango.com, which includes a special email signup so you can be notified for your zip code’s New Moon showtimes as they’re released.
