Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider is back to acting, but this time on stage, taking on the role of Dennis in the Broadway production of Rock of Ages. According to Blabbermouth, Snider has been confirmed to take over the role that once belonged to Adam Danheisser. The Character of Dennis is the owner of Bourbon Room. Dee Snider was a force in the 80s, and we think he is a wonderful addition to the cast of Rock of Ages.

NEW YORK - APRIL 06: Dee Snider attends a screening of the documentary 'Anvil! The Story Of Anvil' followed by a musical performance at The Blender Theater on April 6, 2009 in New York City, New York. (Photo by Astrid Stawiarz/Getty Images) Dee Snider fronted the Hair Metal band Twisted Sister and performed hits like We’re Not Gonna Take It when dressing in an almost drag like outfit, which tended to freak out parents everywhere. He later wrote and acted in the film Strangeland, which was about a serial killer that uses the internet to find, and later torture, his victims. Strangeland is a must see for any Snider fan. If he does half as good in Rock of Ages as he did in Strangeland with his acting skills, he should be a smashing success!
